Information About Training Format



1. Do you provide trainings in languages other than English?


At the moment, all trainings are in English.



2. How many persons can attend a training session?


You are free to choose the number of attendees up until 15 persons.

 


3. Can you offer customized shortened training sessions, for example half-day or one day formats?


Absolutely! If you are interested in compact sessions, please contact us through e-mail, phone, or the contact form, we would be glad to find a satisfactory solution and provide adequate pricing.



4. Is it possible to split the two days of training? 


For a better focused learning experience, we generally recommend that the two days are consecutive (standard office hours). However, we understand that sometimes companies can have difficulties at securing two consecutive days for a group of employees. We surely can organize split sessions (e.g. Friday-Monday, or any two unrelated dates). In this case, in order to cover the extra travel & accommodation costs, a surcharge (Excl. VAT) would be applied depending on the region: 


Zone 1: 250 EUR surcharge

Zone 2: 500 EUR surcharge

Zone 3: 1,000 EUR surcharge

5. Do you offer open enrolment trainings for individuals?

We also provide open enrolment trainings, you may
follow them at our Eventbrite page. It may equally be the case that several individuals or small companies find a common agreement to attend a combined training in order to reduce their individual costs. In such a case, the registration process and the billing would be handled with only one contact window.

6. What are the steps to register a training?


a. Fill out and submit the online registration form, specifying your preferred dates.


b. We will review the submitted information. If your selected dates are available, we will proceed with sending a reservation confirmation e-mail. In case none of your date preferences are available, we will contact you in order to discuss best alternative dates. Once the new dates are agreed, we will send the reservation confirmation e-mail afterwards. In the rare event of not finding any possible satisfactory training dates, then the order would be cancelled at no charge.


Hint: It may be useful to e-mail or call us before filling the application form to check in advance the tentative date availabilities. 


c. We will issue the invoice within few days of the booking confirmation.


d. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a payment confirmation e-mail, together with a training guideline for all the practical details for the training session.


We are available at any time through e-mail, phone, or our contact form to answer any unclear point or to help you along the way of the registration process. Don't hesitate to contact us, our team will be more than willing to help.



7. What is the fee for a training?


The price covers the training delivery, printed materials, follow-up exercises, trainer transportation to and from the training area, and trainer accommodation. Lunch and refreshments are not included.

8. Which discounts can we benefit from?

You may benefit from several price discounts if you decide to subscribe for more than one training session during a period of one year. Please contact us for more information.



9. What are the invoicing procedure and payment terms?


As soon as the booking is confirmed, we will send you the invoice in an electronic format to the email address which you have provided in the registration form. Invoices are payable within 1 month from issuance and latest 1 week before the training starts.


In the event of non-payment after the due date, we will issue a first reminder for 10 calendar days, followed by another final reminder for another 10 calendar days. If, at the end of the second reminder, the payment has not been settled, the booking would be considered cancelled. In this case, a cancellation fee would be invoiced as per the values referred in the table under "cancellation policy".


Irrespective of the periods above, if payment has not been settled by 1 week before the start of the training, the booking would be considered cancelled. In this case, a cancellation fee would be invoiced as per the values referred in the table under "cancellation policy".


Although we hope not to reach such a scenario, the mentioned cancellation fees are primarily to offset relevant costs and missed training dates.



10. What is the policy for changing dates?

If, due to some circumstances, you still want to hold the training, but at at different dates than the ones agreed upon, we are flexible to adjust as necessary. If your written request for change is received more than 3 months before the training date, we would reschedule the training for free.

If your request has been done in 3 months or less before the training date, then a surcharge fee would apply:

11. What is the cancellation policy?


Once a training registration is complete, booked, and confirmed, both parties are fully committed to hold the training session at the agreed location and dates. However, we understand that sometimes due to some circumstances, you may need to cancel your reservation in written. If you decide to cancel the training more than 3 months in advance of the training date, you will receive a full refund (or cancellation of invoice, it is has not been paid yet).


If your cancellation request has been done in 3 months or less before the training date, then a cancellation fee applies. We would reimburse the difference, or issue a new invoice if the initial payment has not been done yet. These fees, excluding VAT are as follows:

12. Can we book a training on behalf of another company?


It is possible to book on behalf of another company (e.g. you are a training/HR intermediary). In this case, you would need to provide the billing address as yours, and the training address for the customer you are representing. All coordination would be done directly with you (the intermediary).​​
